THQ Back Catalog to be Sold Separately

Following THQ’s sale of the majority of its assets yesterday, the one question that remained is what will happen to the franchises not included in this week’s auction. In a new interview with Game Informer, THQ president Jason Rubin has now confirmed that those titles will be sold off as well.

“There will be a separate process to sell off the back catalog and IP,” Rubin said. “That process will take place in the coming weeks.”

Exactly when that process will take place hasn’t been revealed, nor have any of the specific titles that might be included. THQ franchises not in this week's auction include Red Faction, de Blob and Destroy All Humans!. The sale could potentially also include Darksiders, which remains unsold after yesterday’s proceedings.
