Mad Catz Developing Accessories for Xbox One

Following Turtle Beach's announcement last week, Mad Catz has confirmed that it, too, will be developing accessories for Microsoft's next-gen console, the Xbox One. While details of the company's launch lineup won't be revealed until E3, Mad Catz has promised that its add-ons will be available this holiday season.

Third-party support for new console platforms is to be expected, but amidst concerns of the Xbox One's limited backward compatibility for peripherals, there is likely to be high demand for new hardware at the time of launch. While companies like PDP, Razer, and Astro Gaming have yet to confirm development for the new system, additional manufacturer partnerships are expected to be announced at E3.
