Akinnuoye-Agbaje Calls His Thor 2 Villain "Animalistic"

Actor Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje has already talked at length about his villainous dual roles of the Dark Elf Algrim the Strong and Kurse in Marvel's upcoming Thor: The Dark World.

Now, the Lost actor has given further details describing Kurse's physical appearance, as well as his approach to playing the power-hungry being from another realm:

"It's an amalgamation of a bull and a lava-like creature," the actor told the L.A. Times. "He has very animalistic tendencies but with this insatiable and unstoppable power. As an actor, that's one of the hardest things to embody. You have to realize you are probably the most powerful thing you could imagine. And you have to be that. You can't pretend, so that when you face Thor, it's real."

Thor: The Dark World opens November 8.
