Games With Gold, October 2013: Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes

Microsoft has announced Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes will be one of the two games it gives away as part of the Games With Gold program next month.

Major Nelson today published a list of content that's soon to be made available on the Xbox Live Game Store showing Clash of Heroes as the free title that will be available from October 1 to October 15. As has been the case since the Games With Gold program began this summer, in order to download it for free you'll only need to be an Xbox Live Gold member when you initiate the download, at which point it is permanently added to your library regardless of your continued status as a Gold member.

Clash of Heroes is a puzzle RPG that was originally released on DS in 2009. In 2011, it was re-released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC with improved graphics, new content, local and online multiplayer support for up to four players, and other changes, as outlined in IGN's positive review.

The game that will replace Clash of Heroes on October 16 is not yet known. Through the end of September, Gold members can still download Rainbow Six Vegas for free.
