Following the news that Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World, Game of Thrones) is coming aboard to helm Terminator 5 for Paramount, Skydance Productions and Annapurna Pictures have shifted the film's release date from June 26, 2015 to July 1, 2015.
So far we've only heard rumors about T5's storyline, but Arnold Schwarzenegger has said in recent interviews that he will return for this latest installment.
With the new July 1 release date in place, Terminator 5 will now go up against Fox's Independence Day sequel.
