Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity Hits 3DS in March

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity will be released for 3DS on March 24th. According to Nintendo, Gates to Infinity offers 20 randomly-generated dungeons and lets you play as Pikachu, Snivy, Oshawott, Tepig or Axew.

Gates to Infinity also introduces Magnagates, which allow players to scan objects in the real world using the 3DS camera in order to open additional Mystery Dungeons. Gates to Infinity also adds wireless multiplayer, and Nintendo promises that “more details on this functionality will be shared in the future.”

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity was originally announced as Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth back in September. Like all 3DS games, Gates to Infinity will be available in retail stores as well as downloadable from the 3DS eShop. For more, visit the game’s official site.
