As Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained approaches $130 million at the domestic box office, the film also surpasses the total for the filmmaker's last feature Inglourious Basterds, which grossed $120.5 million stateside. Django recently won two Golden Globes for Best Supporting Actor (Christoph Waltz) and Best Screenplay (Tarantino). The western is also nominated for five Academy Awards, including Best Picture.
