Comedian and Emmy winner Louis C.K. may soon join the cast of director David O. Russell's next feature project, an untitled film previously known as American Bull****.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Louis C.K. is in talks for a key role in the period drama, which already stars Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper, Jeremy Renner and Amy Adams. The film is scheduled to begin production next month.
The script penned by Eric Singer, tells the story of the 1970s FBI sting Abscam that took down numerous U.S. congressmen. Louis C.K. will play an FBI agent.
Annapurna Pictures is fully financing the film, which is set for late-2013 release.
