Three Trophies added to Borderlands 2 have revealed the game’s next downloadable content. As spotted by the Gearbox Forums, three new trophies have been added from an upcoming pack called Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt. One Trophy specifically mentions a mission called “The Fall of Nakayama,” while two more are awarded for discovering all named locations and completing all side missions.
A picture on Twitter shows off a blurry version of what appears to be the downloadable content pack’s logo.
We reached out to 2K about the Trophies and received the following statement:
“There are still two add-on campaigns scheduled to release as part of the Borderlands 2 Season Pass and we are really looking forward to sharing news about our third add-on campaign and other downloadable content soon.”
The Trophies seemingly came along with the extensive update released this morning, which is designed to address a bug that’s wiping Badass ranks for some players. This isn’t the first time Borderlands 2 downloadable content has been revealed via a Trophy list, following a leaked list for Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage and leaked details from Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty.
