EA has announced that SimCity will hit stores on March 5, 2013. SimCity was previously announced for February, but it looks like fans will have to wait an extra month. EA didn’t provide a reason for the short delay, but we’ve reached out and will update with any comment we receive.
A reboot of the classic series, EA refers to the new installment as “the ultimate city building simulation game, offering both veteran fans and new players a fun, dynamic experience, underpinned by GlassBox, the most complex simulation engine in its class.” For more on what the new SimCity has to offer, check out our SimCity impressions from E3.
