Robert Bowling Working on The Adventures of Dash

Yet another Robert Bowling project has surfaced. Despite already having Human Element and Breach & Clear on his plate, Bowling has announced that Robotoki is also working on a platformer by the name of The Adventures of Dash.

In order to fund the new platformer, Bowling has set up a Kickstarter page, with the goal of $400,000 to get the project started.

In The Adventures of Dash, players will take control of a young narcoleptic boy named Dash. Each time he falls asleep, he takes on the role of different versions of himself in his sleep, each paired with its own unique gameplay mechanics and story. As of right now, there’s a swordfighter, a lumberjack-looking dude with dual axes, and Dash in a floating octopus costume. Each time he succeeds in the Dream World, he’ll bring new abilities back to the Awake World.

Bowling left Infinity Ward last year and founded Robotoki shortly thereafter.
