The original Batmobile from 1960s TV show Batman fetched $4.6m at auction over the weekend.
The car – designed by Hollywood automobile customizer George Barris – was the first of six Batmobiles created for the hugely popular ABC show.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the car was built in just 15 days, is road legal, and features several gadgets, including a Batphone and oil squirter.

The Batmboile sold at the Barrett-Jackson auction house in Arizona to a local businessman and car collector.
And it equalled the record for a TV or movie car at auction, with the Aston Martin DB5 from Goldfinger also fetching $4.6m back in 2010.
